Recycling Business
Recycling Business (Circular Economy and Recycling)
The world’s first national circular economy initiative, is being planned by the Koror State Government − the world’s first attempt at implementing a resource-circulating society on a national scale.
- The Koror State Government is planning the world’s first attempt to implement a resource-circulating society on a national scale.
- Since 2004, 70-80% of the facilities have been completed, including a container collection facility, pyrolysis plant, compost manufacturing facility, and Belau Eco Glass Center.
- Once the proposed intermediate treatment facility is implemented, it will enable the operation of a resource-circulating society on a national scale.
- The project will cost between $6 and $7 million to operate, and once fully operational, it is expected to generate annual revenue of approximately $2 million. The impact on Palau’s GDP is expected to be 10-20% (around $23 million in the future).

Tourism-related (Websites and Media, etc.)
We aim to enhance Palau’s tourism promotion by building curation and portal sites, leveraging photo and video social media platforms. This approach will synergize with current business activities in Palau, boosting both tourism visibility and economic growth.
Our goal is to elevate Palau’s tourism by developing curation and portal sites that leverage social media platforms for photos and videos. This digital approach will not only showcase Palau’s natural beauty and cultural heritage but also create synergies with existing businesses to boost economic growth. By sharing user-generated content and focusing on eco-tourism, we aim to attract potential tourists and ensure sustainable, long-term interest in Palau.
Agriculture
Support for Agriculture in Palau
The main agricultural products are taro, cassava, bananas, coconuts, and various vegetables. Agriculture is primarily centered around small, family-run farms, and due to limited land availability, production volume is low, resulting in a reliance on imports.
Food Self-Sufficiency
- Over 80% of food is imported.
- Low self-sufficiency, especially for rice, meat, and processed foods
- Need for modernizing agriculture and promoting local food
Support Initiatives
- Boosting local food production
- Modern farming techniques for better yield
- Promoting healthy, and traditional foods
- Collaborating with global agricultural organizations
